These Terms of Service ("TOS") serve as the agreement between you and Linkset regarding the use of our hand-coded digital identity and Link-in-Bio services.
By purchasing, accessing, or using Linkset's services, you agree to be bound by these terms. To use our service, you must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and be fully able and competent to enter into these terms.
We build premium platforms for creators and professionals. You explicitly agree not to use your Linkset site for:
We respect your ownership, and you must respect ours. You retain full ownership of the specific text, images, brand assets, and links you provide. Linkset (Arpit) retains full ownership of the underlying HTML/CSS/JS code, structural templates, animations, and proprietary design aesthetics used to build the website.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Linkset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the website, hosting downtimes, or third-party service failures (such as domain registrars).
We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or permanently delete any website or account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or abuses our systems, without prior notice or refund.
At Linkset, we believe you shouldn't have to sacrifice speed or privacy for good analytics. That is why we use a privacy-first approach.
We use Rybbit Analytics to monitor traffic on Linkset websites. Rybbit is designed to collect purely anonymous, non-personal data such as total page views, basic referral sources, and device types (mobile vs. desktop).

Because our analytics infrastructure operates without using cookies or persistent local storage, Linkset websites respect user browser privacy settings by default. This also means your custom site does not require annoying cookie-consent banners.
The anonymous data collected is used solely to provide you with insights into your page's performance and to help us improve the loading speed and structural integrity of our templates.
If you are a Basic, Premium, or Elite client, we store your provided Name, Instagram handle, and Email address securely. This information is used strictly for account management, service delivery, and direct communication regarding your site. We never sell or share this data with third parties.
Linkset is not a massive, automated platform. Every site is manually hand-coded and crafted by me (Arpit). Because you are purchasing my direct time and labor, we maintain a strict refund policy.
Due to the custom, digital, and labor-intensive nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided once coding work has commenced.
Once a website is completed, delivered, or uploaded to a live server, the service is considered fulfilled and is strictly non-refundable. Furthermore, for Elite plans, custom domain registration fees (.com / .in) are paid to third-party registrars and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
While we do not offer refunds on completed work, we stand by the quality of our code. If there are technical errors, bugs, or specific discrepancies from our original agreed-upon design, we will rectify and tweak the code at no additional cost until it functions perfectly as promised.
